A type of ToolchainValidationException which is thrown when a toolchains file key is referenced but missing.
To run this example, clone Jervis and execute ./gradlew console to bring up a Groovy Console with the classpath set up.

Throw an exception when toolchains file key is referenced but missing. This usually means that it is referenced in the toolchains key but the toolchain does not actually exist.
